Debit Card Got Stolen

Aw man, I hate writing bad reviews, but this would be a disservice to other customers if they weren’t warned.

I’ve been a member here for about 28 years. Give or take. This is by far the worst location I’ve ever had to deal with.

Majority of my membership, I visited the bank on Tenaya, and new one on Decatur & 215.

Both branches were great. Professional, knowledgeable tellers and managers, along with great customer service.

Many positive experiences, even when my debit card got stolen.

The past couple months I’ve been going to this location due to a move.

This branch is absolutely sub-par to any of the others. Every month for the past four years at least, I come into a branch to do a external wireless transfer, and other services.

Very simple, very painless process. Most tellers take 5 minutes to do it and I’m out the door. It used to be a great experience.

So what sort of circus is being run at the Windmill location, that causes me to wait one hour the first time, and +40 minutes my second(and most likely last) visit? Lack of training. I come in to do a external wire transfer, as per usual.

No one seems to know how to do it, much less comprehend the basics of just pulling up past transactions and the whole thing is already filled out for you.

I feel bad for snapping at the tellers Les and Brittany, but I was frustrated by their lack of training.

I’m sure they’re good people and it’s not their fault, but whoever “trained” them should be ashamed of themselves, and flat out embarrassed.

And it’s not just them, I can’t remember my tellers name from my first visit, but it was the same problem, it took her 30 minutes to figure out the credit card machine was broken.

It’s a waste of time and frankly, I’m tired of it. I don’t have time to drive +15 min to another location with better trained employees.

Within the next month I’ll be withdrawing all my assets from CCLV and going to another bank.

I can’t trust my money and account numbers with dunce employees. Thanks for nothing guys, it was a nice almost 30 years.

  2. I recommend him and CCCU for auto loans.

Andrew Youkana helped me get the best rate on my car loan and made it a quick and seamless process. He had great follow up and it honestly could not have been easier. I recommend him and CCCU for auto loans.

  3. Never do business with them again.

I cannot understand how they survive in this economy. I have tried to call and speak with there mortgage department and I still have not been able to get a hold of anyone.

you get a recording that says Ima sorry………..please contact extension &*%$ when you call that it says the same as the one before it and so on. I have about 6 extension numbers and still have not spoke to a real person. Never do business with them again.

  4. CCCU is a joke.

CCCU is a joke. Pat Johnson is the worst Mortgage Loan Officer out of the Tenaya branch. She should consider another line of work if she doesn’t know how to answer or return phone calls and emails. When she does respond, it is unprofessional, one-worded responses to open ended questions.

We give her information and she inputs them into our paperwork incorrectly. We tell her to correct it because we don’t want to commit loan fraud and then we don’t hear from her for days. It’s actually days, sometimes a full week or more, in between any kind of correspondence with her. We’ve alerted her supervisor about the problems we’ve been having with her and nothing happens.

We’re about a month into escrow and we still haven’t had our questions answered or guidance with this process as we are first-time home buyers. We should have used another bank for our home loan.
