Extremely Poor Experience

Extremely incompetent staff. I would highly advise to not use Circle Medical’s services.

Wish I had read reviews before going Circle Medical.

They filed my insurance under the wrong provider and hence now I have a bill to pay.

They never take calls or call you back when you have clarification. Doctors are average.

I went for my annual physical and while my insurance covers it, they’re still trying to charge me for that as well.

Overall, extremely poor experience, no wonder it’s empty all the time.

  1. Run far. Run fast.

    I have been with Circle Medical since November 2021. It has gotten to a point, that while I love my provider, I can no longer see them. The continuity of care is abhorrent. Response times to chats are so terrible that I have found myself debating whether the ailment/issue I am experiencing is worth the hassle of reaching out to support or not. Their billing practices are even worse. Having worked in medical billing for years and having first hand knowledge of the disaster that is their billing department is enough to scare anyone off. Their system is established to automatically qualify you as a cash pay patient if you do not have a PPO plan. Pair that with 48 hour automatic billing and a disturbingly long queue for refunds is straight up theft. After explaining to chat support that I will not upload a credit card to the app to pay my past due balance because I will then be charged for every visit as a cash patient (even though my EPO plan pays 100%) and will have to wait months to get my money refunded, I was advised that I can no longer continue my treatment. I stated that I would pay my balance if I was given a way to make a payment without adding my card to the app, but shockingly there is no option for that. So, in short my treatment was abruptly ended, their billing practices are suspect, and pharmacies nationwide refuse to fill for them. RUN.

  2. SCAM - do not use!!!

    This is a scam. Do not book appointments with them. They will keep charging your credit card and there’s no way to remove it. I booked with a “sleep specialist” to deal with my insomnia since I saw their ads. It was just a generic visit, with no special knowledge or treatment. I was charged full $130, which I paid, and had zero results from. That same doctor wanted me to schedule an annual visit (promised to be free via my insurance) to discuss doing lab work and evaluate all the basics. Keep in mind, this is all online. The doctor has no idea what your health is like via video. Once the appt happened, which was shorted by 10 min since the doctor was late. Then they billed as another $130 visit, that I am refusing to pay. I would have never made this appt, if it wasn’t promised originally to be my yearly free annual for labwork. Now I cannot reach anyone, and when I do, I keep getting the same response that they can’t change what was billed. They also tried to force me to book another recheck, but I am glad I cancelled it.

    It was legit. Dr. did everything above board, requested proper documentation and did a very thorough interview for our first visit. Out of convenience, I decided to stay with my old provider, but their service is extremely convenient and, from what I saw, professional.

    Great caring doctor who really cares about his patients. I am thinking about relocating to be closer to him in person too. Very pleased with Circle Medical
