Churchill Mortgage
All FeesAfter Spending about 1 whole week giving the consultant all my info to help me get a refi on my current home, this includes all paper work, all fees (485.00 to be exact) and back and forth talk.
After a while I felt like I was talking to my best friend who really wanted me to get this deal done (yeah right)!
Well the deal fell through because of my debt to income ratio and in hind sight someone who is a professional should be aware of this from the start.
I was told to wait till the spring to get this deal done which by the way unless I win the lottery my income will not be changing and I wont have anymore money.
He told me I would be receiving a refund on my appraisal and after 2 mos of waiting and I finally contacted the consulted by email, his exact words in para phrase is “the appraiser had already been out to my house before we tried stopping him and at that time the appraisal was to late when we attempt the refi in the spring hell try to get management to help with some kind of help when we close” again unless I win the lotto my income will not be changing.
Thanks again Mr. Churchill mortgage guy who gave me the run around, had me thinking this deal was gonna close, and who said i would get refunded for my appraisal but never will!
