Central Valley Women’s Health Ass...

The Worst Experiences

The worst experience I have ever had at Central Valley Women’s Health Associates.

I have been in the Medical field for sixteen years and I have never encountered a more rude and insensitive office manager, which by  her behavior it was obvious she was misable in her job and had lost her compassion completely.

I arrived for my appointment 25 minutes early with my paperwork finished, check in, co pay paid.

I then waited fifteen minutes only to be called to the front desk and told I would have to reschedule my appointment because I  did not arrive thirty minutes early, when asked to speak to the office manager she came up, in full attitude I explained I too was in the medical field she did not care enough to let me speak.

My appointment was cancelled.  If my treatment was not unprofessional enough, they kept my co pay.

  1. The staff are super nice and knowlegble in everyway; especially Lori !!!

Dr. Adana Ikedilo made my pregnancy and post-partum so comforting and easy. Can’t write enough about this awesome doctor. The best real human care that you can’t get anywhere,

She is very friendly and confident and was genuinely caring for me as patient. The staff are super nice and knowlegble in everyway; especially Lori !!!

  2. I would NOT recommend this office to anyone

I went in for a problem as a new patient, left the appointment with no answers except a lab referral, ultra sound referral. I asked the receptionist with the glasses if she would be billing out as a “routine” visit so that my labs and ultra sound would be covered under my insurance?

She said no because it’s not a “routine” visit. So now everything will be out of pocket for me, while I have to meet my large deductible. I work in the medical field myself so I knew what questions to ask regarding the billing. I would NOT recommend this office to anyone,

I work in the same complex so it was close and convenient but I wish I would of read all the complaints before I decided to go into the office. MAKE SURE YOU DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH FOR ANY OUT OF POCKET EXPENSES WITH YOUR INSURANCE company first, because this office won’t.

  4. If I could give less than one star I would.

If I could give less than one star I would. They are horrible, non-compassionate people. I was grieving a very hard loss and they wouldn’t refill my Rx for a hormone disorder they diagnosed me with without me coming in for an appointment.

I would have come in right away but they didn’t have an appointment available for a week. So in addition to my loss I have to deal with my hormone problems
