I never thought I would be writing about someone on a website that reports scams. But, here I am and this is all because Cebria LLC scammed me for the product that I never kept.
The company sells nutritional supplement and claims that their products can help improve your memory.
They advertise their product widely and is well known.
Few know the company through the company’s advertisement and few from their own experience. The really bad experience.
No one seems satisfied by the product if you google it. Those tiny numbers of appreciation are from the company itself.
The company is not at all bothered about the results but keep fooling people through their worst schemes.
Knowing that their products are worthless, they offer you 30-day free trial and ask you to return the unused bottles and you will not be charged.
It ironical, they never get the delivery back of the unused bottles. They charge you later for keeping the product.
I was among those unlucky customers who end up paying the money without using the product.
I happened to land on their website by clicking the advertisement. It was just a normal curiosity to know about Cebria LLC.
Later, I thought of trying their 30-day free trial and I filled out my information. However, before clicking on submitting the form, I decided to check the review.
I thought it would be a smart move. I did my research and found out all the nonsense written about the useless product.
I changed my mind, although it was free. And never clicked the submit button. Please notice my words when I say “I never clicked the submit button”.
I never thought about the product until two days later I received an email saying that my order was confirmed and I will receive the order soon.
Right away, I called the customer care team and the girl who took my call informed me that I will have to wait until the delivery and then I can send the package back.
What choice I had? I did as she said.
The package came and I returned it the same day from a local courier service. I did not receive any approval of package return.
After 6 weeks, Cebria deducted $89.85 from my credit card and I received an email about it.
They wrote that I did not returned the product within 30 days and the order will be no more considered under free trail.
I was stunned to know that I have been charged for something I never used.
I called Cebria and they denied saying that they did not receive the product.
I have the tracking information and all the details of the courier, still they refuse to refund my amount.
I am raising a complaint with my credit card company and will see that the matter is closed in my favour.
Cebria is a scam and the people working there are not more than cons who can rip you off for making profits.
