We had a loan with Canvas Credit Union – Arvada Branch on a truck which we unfortunately totaled – they got paid by our insurance company The Hartford – and then the balance was covered by our Gap Insurer – JM&A (Jim Moran & Associates).
JM&A sent out a check 09/07 and PSCU cashed it on 09/21 and PSCU says they do not have it.
JM&A can’t send copy of check as they are too busy due to floods and hurricanes which is understandable.
Do not understand why PSCU cannot locate a check when we give them the check number and amount.
Meanwhile since they have cashed the check they have taken two more truck payments out of my bank account.
JM&A said we should be getting back any extra from what they were sent.
PSCU has been no help, unfriendly, keep saying contact JM&A it is their job to prove – no PSCU should be giving better customer service.
I WILL NEVER FINANCE A VEHICLE WITH THEM AGAIN! I am also sending info to the BBB – maybe they can get the CU to give us some customer service.
We have been dealing with the Arvada location near where we live.
