No one replies to my emails

I’m not impressed with this ortho office. I came her for a consultation last month, and the office was chaotic. Not only did I waited for 15 min before being seen, the entire consultation session was not helpful. I felt that all they wanted was to quickly sign me up as a patient and take my money. I don’t understand the entire steps about how Dr. Riano would move my teeth. He just keeps telling me that he can straighten my teeth. He made no mention of how to take care of the braces and what the retainer options are. No one replies to my emails. The dental assistants and admin staff are not on the same page. Organization is terrible at this office

  1. Camilo Riano Orthodontics Dont use this company

    This orthodontic office never addressed my concerns meticulously. I’ve had family members that received ortho treatment, so I’ve been other orthodontic offices before. I can’t believe that I chose this office for my ortho needs.

    I felt pressured into getting the incognito braces in which Dr. Camilo just recently got certified. I feel like they are using me like a guinea pig so that they can get some experience with the incognito. I saw that they added the Accele Dent device, so when I asked the dental assistants about them, they don’t even know anything about that!

    How disappointing! I asked Dr. Riano about Propel Orthodontic Technology, and he’s just lost! I’m only giving one extra star because they have the itero scanning.

    This orthodontist is not gentle with no keen eye for detail. I had to constantly remind him of which tooth I had a problem on. I have this pervading feeling that I’m just a patient, and all he cares is about my money.

    I feel disgusted with the lack of communication and organization at this office. I am upset when I make an appointment and I only get to see the Dental assistant and not the orthodontist. I suggest that you greet your patients when then walk in. Don’t make the patients greet you first!

    Efficient and friendly staff. I called at noon about permanent retainer removal (swapping with Invisalign replacement), and Ted found an opening 2:30pm same day. He provided transparent pricing for the procedure (disclaimer: I used fsa instead of insurance, which streamlined the process).
