Justin was super responsive at first. I emailed right away and he came out quickly to look at the job (complete bathroom redo). I waited a few days for the quote he said he would said and never heard back. Even emailed to see if he was still planning on sending the quote…nothing.
If you don’t want to do the job that is fine. but you at least need to communicate that with the customer. i waited and extra week because i genuinely wanted them to do the work. A two second email that they were too busy would have been nice
