Paralegal Staff Support uses its client for making money
I contacted my lawyer for some legal issues related to my debts. I have known my lawyer from a long time and never had any issues. This time he was busy with some urgent issue and was out of town. So, he suggested me to look for Paralegal Staff Support which provides services on behalf of legal firm and told me that they would be able to look into the matter.
However, my experience with them was worse and did not help me otherwise. Instead, they kept asking for money which I used to deal with my lawyer. My lawyer also suggested me that the billing will be done at his end and they would be assisting me with the case as a third party.
When I told them about the conversation between my lawyer and me, they turned indifferent to my case. They started ignoring me. I had no option but to reach my lawyer who was not in the city. It took me a lot of pain to reach him as his number was not reachable. He told me that he would be away and it would be difficult for anyone to reach him on phone for some time.
I kept on calling him until I got hold of him. I did not want to take any step without consulting him. Anyhow, I was able to connect with him. I told him the entire matter and he asked me to give them a call after 2 days. Until then he will fix the issue with them. He told that there would be some misunderstanding. All the money matter between them is settled privately. Paralegal Staff Support never charges from his client.
I did as he said. I called them after 2 days. I thought things will move smoothly now. But, it was even worse. They started harassing me and gave me threats about informing my lawyer. They told me that they had contacts and if I kept on calling my lawyer for everything, they will further harass me.
I was too upset after their behaviour and thought of escalating the issue once my lawyer was back. He came after a week and I went to meet him personally. I told him everything and he told me he will take care of them. Later, he asked me to seek help from someone else as he was busy.
I had no choice. Later, when I went to speak with him for some suggestion, I found out that they were still dealing with Paralegal Staff Support and few of my friends whom I referred to this idiot were facing the similar issues.
I understood that they were making fool of me and many others. Beware of Paralegal Staff Support and any firm that deals with them.
