The most unprofessional accountant I’ve ever met is the Tax and Business Accountants!
We dropped our taxes in the first half of March. When we called to verify that there weren’t any questions on March 19th, she said she hadn’t seen it yet.
We received our receipts and half our documents back by mail on March 22nd. A letter explaining that it was too much work for the accountant and that we needed to add the receipts for her, and then she would send them back!
WHO does this? Brenda Kangas does this! I had the chance to hear her tell me over the phone that she could not do it.
But now, we’re less than four weeks away from the Tax deadline, so we need to find someone else. WOW, WOW! That’s all I have to say.
Worst of all, she did our taxes last tax year and complained about not having totaled the receipts!
We were charged $75 more to add them up! She told me it was worth it because I hate numbers and didn’t feel that $475.00 was too much to ask of someone to do my JOB.!
We would have tried to do our TAXES if we wanted to.
We will not let you go; I’m sure she has made them all worse than the year before! The icing on the cake
