BPI did not keep their words. They should be called thieves
I was in need of a website for my plumbing business. I also wanted the SEO and other digital marketing services for my campaign and asked Business Promotion LLC to execute all these requirements.
They charged me an over of $9000 to include all the services from website and logo design to social marketing campaign on various online websites. They promised to complete the website first and said that later, they would progress for SEO and other services.
Hence, I waited. In the meantime, they asked me many information for writing content for my website and I forwarded every detail without fail. Only thing that I could not send them was the pictures of my staffs. But, that would have been the least concern.
It took them a year to send me a mail saying that the website was live. They sent me a link with that email. When I clicked on that, it went no where. They website was not live at all.
In that time frame, I called them a numerous time to find out what was happening.
They sent me few updates about the content of the website but that seemed as if written by a 5-year-old boy. They sent me pictures of the website that they designed, however, that was not even close to what I expected. It seemed like more of a template that they downloaded from somewhere.
It did not have moving pictures and no animated buttons. I asked them to change it and they came up with a link that wasn’t working. This was provided after a year of their service.
Everytime, the appointment was scheduled with Jason, the one handling our case, he would either not call or would be unavailable completely. It was a nightmare working with this company. These guys are unprofessional and bold in lying on face.
I even asked for reimbursement which they agreed to do. But, suddenly changed their mind and offered me different service. I had to contact different company for website design and SEO services. I also paid another $750 only for my logo.
I was scammed out of $9000 and even more. They never updated anything on the social media accounts. One or two pictures that they added on Facebook seemed as if suited more to a dental clinic account. People were smiling with close-up pictures. What was that supposed to be doing on a pluming services page.
One problem led to another and they never cared to deal with any of them. I was left to scream. I tried to be very patient with them but they never reciprocated to my soberness. They only tried to make a fool out of me and very well succeeded in that.
There is no way one can trust this company and they keep making it more difficult. It been more than a year and they have not come up with any website. If there is no website, what are they working the SEO for, which they claim they are.
