No confirmation button, no review of order, no way to cancel on order site. When phoned minutes later, they stated order could not be cancelled, had to ship and be returned after getting a return authorization # from them. Once pills finally arrived, took over an hour on phone to get return #. Sent pills back at our expense (paid for recorded delivery). Called a week after pills were delivered to them. They first said they had not received them, when given tracking # they miraculously found them. 4 weeks and 3 calls later, last twice they were very rude to my wife, they still claim they are processing the CC refund. Email going off tonight giving them 24 hours to provide refund before I ask CC company fraud people to get involved. RCMP scam report filed, next step warning as many people as possible and getting after facebook to stop carrying their scam ads (not anticipating any luck anywhere other than possibly CC company).
