Well at least some people got good service from this company. I got nothing but problems. I even filed a BBB complaint against them and reviewed them on Angie’s list. TJ responded to that review “offering” to “satisfy me” and when I gave them the opportunity (I wasn’t asking for any money) someone named nijer threatened me with legal action for “bad mouthing” them. Really?? They were completely rude to me and unprofessional and I have every right to share the truth of my horrible experiences. If they don’t like it, they should have provided better service. I also have the right to complain when they don’t stand behind the promises they make on their website, the BBB website, and Angie’s list. They’re just bullies who think they can provide poor customer service and then sue the dissatisfied customer into submission for posting negative reviews. That just proves that my complaints about them are valid. The people who got 5 star service are lucky, but a lot of those reviews specifically refer to TJ. I never gave TJ the opportunity to come to my house because by then I was DONE with them, but TJ never even followed through with his “offer” to “satisfy me” so I have to wonder how great he really is.

  1. Be careful as you can talk to different people and will get different prices and it can be confusing.

    Be careful as you can talk to different people and will get different prices and it can be confusing. If the other guy does not agree with quote by the good guy, this other guy will tell you to find someone else and hang up on you. No consistency internally.

    They have no concept about word of honor. Bad communication and cocky attitude. I will not let them in my house as their prices can jack up anytime and they can walk away in the middle of work. Do you risk???

    Don’t let the generous one star fool you. Everyone I’ve dealt with in this company is unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful. I called them last when my air conditioner stopped working. Tony showed up 4 hours late and didn’t bother calling until I called their office looking for him. Mark, who I assume is the owner (even though he will never provide his last name), refunded me $100 for the time I unnecessarily took off of work,

    so I called them again when my AC stopped worked again. Who wouldn’t appreciate repeat business?? I specifically said I didn’t want Tony again, so I was told Harry, the senior tech, would be coming. Harry actually showed up on time, but didn’t do any work.

    I took off work early again and Harry refused to even diagnose the problem. He said the motor they installed last was still working so something else was broken. He said if he diagnosed anything, he’d have to charge me the service fee.

  3. I hope everyone does their research before they do any work for you

    I had them come out to my townhouse 2 weeks ago. My duct was missing a damper causing the third floor to have poor AC. They were able to fit me in next day early which was very quick and appreciated. Nothing was done after the visit. I had to call my point of contact for the company to find out what was needed and cost.

    My contact told me the cost was going to be $585! I was very shocked by this and wanted more details of what all needed to be done. He couldn’t answer those questions and had the the man who went to the house contact me directly.

  4. Great job BMS I would recommend them to all of my friends.

    I called this company to fix my home furnace, I was impressed by their service T.J explained the problem to me in non technical manner & replaced the part to bring the heat on..

    I am quiet great full of the timing it took to fix the issue.. Great job BMS I would recommend them to all of my friends..
