Bright Poodles said that they had a poodle puppy. Bright Poodles seller sent me pictures and video. The price was $550 including shipping. For payment they wanted a Wal-Mart to Wal-Mart money exchange. I had to send them a picture of the money transfer receipt.
I then got a email from Daily Pet Movers stating that I owe them $950 for insurance to ship her. I told them that the shipping cost was included in the price of the puppy.
They said that they had nothing to do with what went on with the seller and if I didn’t pay they would keep her for 10-15 days because it took that long for a cancellation.
They assured me that they have her until I ask for proof and for a release date.
The confirmation number they gave me for shipment is CC1402427620. I have 2 or 3 emails stating that they had her.
When I asked them to give me assurance that she was ok by sending me a picture they didn’t respond.
I feel these people are either the same, or working together. Regardless, neither of them are answering my emails.
These people are cruel and heartless! I WANT them stopped, please. There’s no telling how many other people they have done this to and according to their policy, they don’t even get the puppy until all money has been paid but they’re assuring me they do. I’m so hurt.
I’ve had to save for a while to get this money up and now I handed over 8 months of putting money away to crooks! I’m not sure which is worse, the seller or the so called shipping company. Please help.
