Not very proficient at their only taskHaving had this agent for years things were smooth as long as I didn’t have any contact with the main agent or staff. Multiple mistakes on several occasions have led me to leave this place in a hurry. Yes, very friendly, but not very proficient at their only task.
Examples:
– Told my towed vehicles were covered under my truck policy and when I called to file a claim on my RV suddenly I was supposed to have an individual policy for the RV after I specifically called when I purchased the RV.
– Same vehicle, I called to lessen my insurance on truck which I use for seasonal camping, etc. It was sitting in secured storage and I wanted minimal insurance. Her staff cancelled my policy and I only found out weeks later after a random call about my vehicle. Going to her office to discuss the issue, she only blamed me and not her incompetent staff.
Everyone has a bad day but I don’t feel my better interests are covered, not because she may not care but the consistent inconsistencies from the main agent and now passed onto her staff.

Average to below. Getting information is very difficult and the office seems disorganized. Get the feeling the office staff has no idea what they are doing and poor/ disdainful customer service.

I have been a client for several years and have been mislead numerous times by Agent and poorly trained staff. Michael as well as Michelle have mistakenly given me incorrect information. Failure to be accurate in doing their jobs has caused my bank account to have more money withdrawn by several hundred dollars than should have.
Then to correct they think it is acceptable to just adjust your next withdrawal or they can send you a check in about a week. Don’t worry about your other financial commitments. POOR customer service. No way to escalate within State Farm, File a complaint and someone will get back to you someday.
