Customer ServiceIf I had to do it all over again, I would NEVER use Brand Bank Mortgage Services! I received a letter once in the mail which did not make sense to me and so I called for clarification.
The lady said they are changing my mortgage contract.
It took them weeks just to figure out what they were doing and finally realized that they were wrong.
No one had a clue. I had to make calls upon calls until they started figuring out what the heck was going on.
I constantly have to monitor postings. On several an occasion they have posted transactions incorrectly.
They tried to charge me a bunch of money on some housing program and had to refund it back because they were wrong.
I recommended three very very solid individuals to Brand Bank for home loans and and all three were not contacted back or were left hanging.
All three of those recommendations went to other major banks and got their loans completed.
I informed the president of the mortgage department and he basically told me “If you are not satisfied, I encourage you to use another mortgage company.”
So quite frankly, customer service, speed and overall regard for customers from my opinion is a very sorry 1 out of 10 and that is being generous.
If they are not satisfied with my review, I encourage them to find another customer who will give them a good review.
