I WILL NEVER BUY FROM BOVA AGAIN. Yes, the furniture is beautiful, but the customer service is atrocious.
I ordered a dining table and six chairs in March, and 3 months later, I am still waiting for my chairs. I have been chasing down the salesman James since I purchased my chairs.About four weeks after I ordered my items, I still hadn’t gotten an update. Each time I called James, he would say: Let me check and I’ll call you back.
He would never call me back. This “I call; No call back” process happened about 5 times. After confronting James and getting a very rude response that he is busy and has other customers to attend to, I finally spoke with the manager Harold who said that my table had been available for over a week and he would get it to me right away. My chairs were supposed to be delivered at the same time as the table, but turns out they were back-ordered in Europe and wouldn’t be coming for several weeks. No one ever told me about this until I asked.
Overall, the customer service is TERRIBLE. The employees give you the run-around and have NO idea what is going on.
It was a very disappointing and aggravating experience.
