This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced, one of the dressers was delivered with the bottom drawer wooded track broken. The delivery person said that they would have the part ordered and repair the drawer. One of the dressers was damaged and was returned for a placement, which I received. After waiting two weeks, I called customer care and found out the part had never been ordered. The rep ordered it again after waiting another two weeks, I called and found out the incorrect part had been ordered and had to be ordered, again. This ordeal was started in early April and to date I still do not have the part for the repair of the drawer. No one at the store is taken responsibility for helping me, I will have to dispute the charge of this dresser on my credit care to get remedy. Terrible customer service!
Update, just spoke to the Store Manager, Malcolm and he has given me the correct option. He is going to have a replacement dresser inspected at the warehouse before delivery and send it to me by next week, so if all goes well, I’ll update my review. Initially when I called the store and spoke with a salesperson he said, “No,” the store couldn’t get involved! Always escalate your complaint!
