I have dealt with a few stores that have such bad customer service. Don’t believe their Goof Proof promise means you don’t need to worry if you have a problem with their products.They will find any way they can to deny your claim. Don’t bother calling Customer Service. They will tell you that your broken furniture has nothing to do with their poor quality construction. Save your money. Shop somewhere else!!!
Also, notice the form they attached so that I could be contacted by Customer Service. It looks like they are trying, but one ever contacted me.
