My wife and i are in the process of purchasing our first home, and is using Blue Sky Mortgage as the lender.
I experience started good, but turned quickly.
We were never updated, they do not answer phone calls or emails.
Chiraq Patel acted as if he had better things to do everytime we talked to him and never had info to give.
Dawn Mccoy never answers her phone and the voicemail is full.
We were suppose to close on oct. 26 and still yet to close.
Our loan was conditional and every condition has been submitted within hours of receiving what they needed from us.
Also, we have had to call area manager twice just to get updates.
I would not recommend Blue Sky Mortgage to anyone.
