Benchmark Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

The worst service

Benchmark Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealership has the worst service I have ever experienced. They don’t accept service appointments and I had to wait 4 1/2 hours for an oil change.

The company lease program I have gives me no choice in terms of auto brand so they take full advantage.

I had to beg to get them to put my new tires on after Lease manager approved expense 5 days earlier.

Finally after all the waiting I was bashed in public for asking for a copy of the work completed by their uneducated cashier as she proclaimed.

I was not allowed to leave with the car until service were paid although the dealer is a willing participant to bill leasing company for service.

  1. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT!

Service department is horrible! Don’t bother making an appointment, as they could not care less. Also, be wary of them quoting you a price then telling you it is going to cost over double that once they finish the work. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT!

  2. I went on Saturday to look at a few vehicles.

I went on Saturday to look at a few vehicles. Was met by a nice man named Guy to show me a few cars. I was very apprehensive about buying anything but he was very pushy and I felt like I was being guilted into buying it. I know it’s my fault for signing the papers. Most car dealerships (as I have called about 20) have a return policy within 48 hours….with in 3 hours of purchasing the car I called and asked if I could return it.

I didn’t feel good about the transaction. The vehicle had a dent in it that the dealership put in an MSO CONTRACT that they would fix. I was told that I couldn’t return the car. Of course I was upset and I called the General Manager Mikey spitzer. He is one of the most rude people I’ve ever spoke. With in my life. He got mad because I told him I didn’t have a fax machine at my home.

    1. Wish washy customer

The people writing these reviews must be complete idiots. If you have regrets towards buying a car, you probably should not have signed the paperwork. I don’t believe that you were forced into signing a contract. The sells person is just doing his or her job, it’s your job as a consumer to decide where you made a wise decision in buying the car. Plus what is a MSO CONTRACT! I think you meant to say WE OWE.
