Never again. Barclays Bank Delaware received a bankruptcy filing vs a person with a Similar name as my daughter who was an authorized user on my Account t.
No one looked on the papers that the social DO NOT MATCH but Barclays goes head and closes my account stating I filed bankruptcy!!! We did not.
3 days if calling and nothing no one is personal they all say same to fax in my concern My concern is that they didn’t look at the papers incorrectly close my account and filed a bankruptcy notation.
When it doesn’t even affect us no one picks up the phone no one will give me a phone number of somebody that would help me there are no personal relationship managers anywhere let alone speaking to somebody here in the United States is impossible.
Barclays needs to understand personal relationship manager.
They need to hire people in their legal depth that can actually read a legal document.
Not assume it’s same person without confirming a social.
Fact their mistake and no one can help me as they defame my credit history!!!!!
