I am in the Oklahoma city area. I have used multiple locations. I hold a few accounts Bank of Oklahoma including 1 that is a business account for about 12 years now.
I have never had a problem with them until recent months.
They have adopted a good customer harassment policy.
Almost every time I go in there now they give me a very hard time over my deposits.
I understand the rules about account history and daily average balances and so on.
My account has remained in good standing for the past 12 years.
I don’t ever overdraw the account and I always do larger deposits.
Always have and now I am considering changing banks.
I understand that they are a bank and people try to rip them off often, but they are going to have to find the proper balance and soon.
Good customers do not like being treated like a criminal.
