The worst Dentist OFFICE!!! I was a Patient in 2011. sometime in Feb. of 2011 I had a lot discomfort and pain on a molar tooth. Dr. Baines denied me a visit because he stated I was rude to him and his staff evidently I was in a lot of pain and didn’t feel like I had to wait 45 minutes to be seen by my primary dentistry. As a business owner Dr. Baines should know how to conduct a business, he shouldn’t deny anyone of a Dr’s visit. Its bad for business.
I scheduled an appointment yesterday at 5 pm and I was brought into Dr. Marshals office to discuss my last visit in 2011 he told me he will not see me because of the last verbal incident, I honestly had forgot why I stop going to this Dr. he told me I was rude my last visit.
I stated ” So why did you schedule me for an appointment” if you knew you weren’t going to see me? he stated that was between him and I. Obviously the receptionist knew about this whole ordeal, he showed me the notes on my records of the complain he had against me. I didn’t want to create a bigger problem so I said no problem and I walked out of his office.
Years later this Dr holds me accountable about the way I acted, as a business woman I’m taking this up the chain of command and writing a complain to the Division of Consumer Affairs New Jersey State Board of Dentistry.
