Axomall

I ordered a product from Axomall few months back. I was still in a hope that I would receive my order which I never received. It seemed like a genuine website at first. In the beginning, I started receiving ads on my Facebook account from this website. After a little while, I ordered hover board from the Axomall.

I was in a hurry and I did not check the confirmation message or email. It was in the morning that I paid for the order. And, I left for office. I had to leave for another town for a week. When I came back from the trip, I suddenly remembered that I had ordered from this website.

So, I asked my wife if there was any courier. She informed that she was in the house for the entire time and never got any courier. I thought of waiting for some more time. After a week more when I did not receive any package, I tried to check for the order confirmation email with tracking id or something or an expected delivery date.

While checking my email, I did not find any mail from this company. All, I got was a welcome email for registration. Later, I tried to contact the customer care of the company through the email address. I mailed them asking about the order update. I had no information of any id or anything related to the order.

After trying for couple of times, I still could not get any replies from the company. I tried to find the website for the contact details. However, the website was gone. There was no website with that web address. I even confirmed with the history of my browsing if I was typing the correct address. Every detail was entered the way it was.

I never got any reply of the email for a very long time. After few weeks, I got an email stating that my order was in process. The website was on update. That was the reason I was not able to browse the website. This was the reply I got.

I replied them to refund the amount as I was no more interested in the package. To this, there was again no reply. I thought maybe the package will be received one day. I also forget about the same because of lots of trips due to work.

Now, I know that this is a fraud website and nothing is ever going to come. These guys are scammers and big con artist. I have never been scammed like this. They had a genuine website with so many products and reviews. I really was interested in the way they showcased the items. I was looking forward to the order and all I got was a scam.

These guys are very serious offenders. I am sure they must be using another website to scam people from around the world. They take your money and leave you clueless about what is going to happen next.

You either wait for their call or email or think that you have been scammed right away, these guys are never going to return your money.
