Sadly spending my time having to give a horrible review. I contacted Avi Income Tax via phone and email a total of 4 times this morning.
I was trying to reach Uyen who was recommended to my husband and I.
The woman on the phone said I could reach her via email.. so I send an email to receive a response from somebody else named Pricilla.
Two emails into it and getting nowhere I called AGAIN. I was transferred to Pricilla.. asking why is it so hard to speak with Uyen.
I was blatantly told NO when I asked if I could speak with her directly.. PRICILLA.. not only were you rude, unprofessional but disrespectful.
I don’t know how you manage a business with your attitude.. clearly not very well since you have poor reviews.
How you can refuse to allow a customer to speak with the representative she wants to see if beyond me..Shame on you for such poor customer service.
Do not waste your time. I’m sure the workers are awesome but because a horrible attitude from the manager.. who also claims to be the owner..
Lost my service and I’m sure the service of future clients because of your lack of respect towards your customers.
