Stay Away From Autopay! I went through lendingtree to refi my auto loan to see my options WITHOUT PULLING A HARD INQUIRY.

Kyle from autopay then called me and I gave him some minor info to get a better idea of my options on his end.

I did by no means tell them to move forward with my loan and pull a hard inquiry.

After 3 days he didnt hear back from me so he took it upon himself to move forward.

Then after the fact text me to let me know they moved forward. Stay clear of this pathetic buisness!!

    Johnny Ey is a disgrace to this company, he lacks common courtesy and is very disrespectful. He is quite pompous and avoids most critical questions about loan as he is the most omnipotent and has the final say in approving a loan. He should take some classes in manners.

    I must admit that at first I was Leary of the online process. I must say that the overall experience was painless. I was able to get approval in less then 2 days, dropped my interest rate by half. The agent (Nathan Newell) was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Papers signed and in the mail. Will repost as time passes, to update on the overall srevice

I was trying to refinance my car they were going to give me a good rate but was mandatory that I took out gap insurance for almost $600 so who cares about the rate if they’re charging you that much they lied and said the payment would be a certain amount and of course when the numbers came back it was higher just wasted my time dealt with Colin beware

    I am working with autopay right now. Said i have to add gap or a warenty! WHAT? I can not for the life of me get a hold of a supervisor i talked to 6 different people saying they would help with no call back teied lookjng for jeff hutcheson number or email nothing who runs that place

  9. DO NOT RECOMEND AT ALL!!! Not serious company!

    Do not waste your time with this people, this is like skam company, not serios and trying to cheat you!!! We did preapruval, they gave me 4.09% rate for 60 month that was ok for me. Next morning like 10 people from Autopay started calling me and texting me and making me crazy, asking the same things. Ok, finaly they got all my information and gave me rate 5.24% !!!! But this is not the end of the story!!

    They gave it to me for 84 MONTHS! Hey guys, do you realy thing people are SO stupid?????? I was interested in your company because I want to SAVE money and pay less for the car. With the offer you did for me I need to pay 3000$ MORE in the total for my car? ARE YOU SERIOUS????!!!! DO NOT RECOMEND AT ALL!!! Not serious company!

  10. Went with ILendingDirect and ended up with a better interest rate and no extra fees.

    Andrew Phipher, loan consultant, called me after I clicked on a refinance opportunity referred to me by credit Karma.

    He sounded very nice and helpful at first and told me about the great rate they would be able to get me.

    He insisted on also including the gap insurance and extended warranty options. I told him I did not need these and declined.

    He said ok and told me he would have the loan agreement prepare based on what we had discussed and I was preapproved for after completing their online application.

    A couple days later he called me back to go over the loan agreement, which involved a DocuSign electronic signature process that must be completed while on the phone with the loan consultant.
