I purchased both my vehicles from Cactus Jacks on Bell/17th Ave. I have no complaints about them. I don’t even have horrible bad things to say about Auto Now Financial Services.
Up until recently, I’ve had NOTHING but great experiences with them. One of my vehicles is currently sitting at their shop (True Fix).
Today, I called and spoke w/a rep by the name of Francisco.
I initially was irate with him, but he called me back and ended up helping me and assured me they’d work w/me in getting my car fixed.
Shortly after hanging up with him, I get a phone call from Auto Now Financial. I answer and speak to a rep named Sharika.
She gave me wrong info, so I asked to speak to a supervisor. She gets Alex Corona on the line. Right away, Alex would not allow me to speak.
He continued to speak over me, and when I started treating him the way he was treating me, he didn’t like it. He refused to tell me who his boss was.
He did not help me at all. He was VERY rude, and he even hung up on me. I called back, and spoke to a rep named Alicia.
She answered all of my questions, and explained to me what I had a hard time understanding from Alex who was talking down at me and not to me.
I am now awaiting a phone call back from Karen, and I am nervous because according to the reviews, Karen is rude.
I am going to see for myself though. All I want is to either get my vehicle fixed (unfortunately on MY timing because of our money situation) or surrender it.
And I feel compelled to say that I am a paying customer!
I make BOTH my car note payments ON TIME every other week!
I should be treated WAY better than how Alex Corona treated me. He can dish out the rudeness, but he sure couldn’t take it back.
