First off I’d like to say that Dr. Jason as solid as they come.

Being a guy and having another man see your wife naked could be a bit much but the doc was SUPER cool and somehow made a man with some serious boundary issues feel very comfortable.

Now after reading my original post I realize I just sound like an angry man.

I’m not perfect but we deserve honesty, understanding & CARE from those in this industry.

On my first trip I was insulted and on my 2nd I was lied to.

    I had my baby there and the facility was wonderful, and if I could just rate the quality of the hospital/rooms I would give it 5 stars, but the customer service is some of the worst I’ve ever dealt with. If you call with a question regarding your health/pregnancy don’t expect to get your call returned anytime soon if at all.

    I had to wait at least 24 hours to hear back from them every time I called. If it was important or urgent I had to call them multiple times before I could talk to a nurse or on one occasion I never heard back from them so I just went to urgent care. I also felt a serious lack of compassion from some of the nurses, midwives, and doctors.

    You rarely see the same person twice there since they schedule your appointments with different midwives and doctors each time so they don’t seem to get to know you or care.
