Beware! Predatory billing practices! My ex-wife and I informally spoke to ATLAS CPAs & Advisors and Advisors – AFS about our divorce.
We did not negotiate with Atlas CPAs and Advisors – AFS, we did not enter into a contract or agreement, nor were we informed that there were any fees or costs associated with our conversation.
Fast forward more than a year Atlas CPAs and Advisors – AFS is now trying to send me to collections.
This is despite the fact that I did not enter into an agreement or receive an invoice or bill.
