The Worst Experiences

My fiance and I are purchasing our very first home with our two children.

What should have been an exciting new chapter in our lives, turned into one of the worst experiences.

Randy our Mortgage Broker was beyond incompetent. He did not explain the process or give appropriate time lines of what we should expect.

On top of not understanding the process Randy locked us into a loan with the WRONG ADDRESS 12 days prior to closing.

Due to this error he decided to expedite/rush order the appraisal in order to keep our closing date.

Just when I think things can not get any worse 1 day prior to closing I receive a email from Randy stating that I don’t qualify for the loan anymore.

Apparently all my tax returns and pay stubs were not reviewed and he just realized 1 day prior to closing that I make to much money.

Randy then gives me a quote for a different loan that ends up being more than the prior loan and over our budget.

I called Randy to discuss this matter and you know what Randy did…… HE HUNG UP ON ME! He blamed this entire incidence on everyone else said that he went out of his way to expedite a appraisal after he messed up and then said that he would not write me a DENIAL LETTER.

But it gets even better after he hung up on me he called the seller’s realtor and told them I wasn’t purchasing the house 1 DAY PRIOR TO CLOSING!

Everyone knows buying a house is stressful so don’t choose someone that has little regard for you or your situation.
