Arkansas Cardiology

Poor Customer Service

I had an appointment to see Dr. David Jones for 12:00PM on Wednesday.  I arrived at Arkansas Cardiology 10 minutes early and completed some additional paperwork.

At 12:15, I inquired as to the reason for the delay and was told by the disinterested desk clerk that there were 3 other customers (aka patients) ahead of me.

My time is too valuable to wait simply because Jones’ office is incapable of managing intake schedules.

Sadly, this poor customer service is more the norm than the exception at this office.

Happily, on the other hand, the Jones office management practices are an outlier.

The Benton Family Clinic and Saline Memorial both do an outstanding job of putting the customer front and center.

The Jones office clearly puts a high premium on health providers’ time while relegating customer time and interests to a much lower priority.

I resent this and will complain to Baptist Hospital Management regarding this sub-par performance.
