Horrible Customer Service
I’m a long time member of this credit union and since it has been Ardent Credit Union the Service I received has been horrible.
I’ve requested to speak with a manager for assistance on an issue I was having and received no response.
I have been banking with SB1 Credit Union since the 90’s and their service has always been great.
When they changed to Ardent the service has declined dramatically.
I suggest you find another credible Credit Union to bank with because the customer service is sub par.
I am looking for another source for my banking needs

Been a member for over 30 years – this credit union has changed for the worse. They are unprofessional, immature, and dishonest. They lie to their credit union members and are condescending on the phone.
They care more about themselves than their customers. Most of their programs are worse then what you could find at any big bank. I have seen many better credit unions – we will be shopping for another one.
