We were new and naive and paid it, but after our family lawyer heard about it he was inclined to have us sue.
We chose not to and decided to try to get our money back. She refused citing things like “It was long gone.”.
I have never met anyone who could seem so good and thorough only to find they had been conning us the whole time.
I hope she is put behind bars.
