Everyone is pretty much helpless
If you want to get real help DO NOT COME Anchorage Treatment Solutions. Even if you do everything asked of you you will never make any progress, they are not organized.
It’s always a computer problem or lost paperwork, staff making mistakes or the staff just not communicating right or even straight up lieing about something that happened even though you are 100% sure it didn’t happen.
This started happening just this year since they hired a new medical director, and instead of listening to all of the complaints the other patients and I have been making, or looking at the proof.
She will just not listen, she just kicks anyone out of her office if you try to defend yourself at all or don’t agree with what she is saying.
Then punishes the patients (takes away all and any of your privileges) for stuff they didn’t even do, and never apologizes or takes responsibility for any mistakes that she or the staff make.
She has absolutely no empathy towards the patients, she has made it so much harder for a lot of people to stay clean when that is the last thing you need at a place that should be helping you.
She shouldn’t be in this field at all! As long as she is there I would recommend to look for another clinic because you won’t be able to get anything done at this one.
Since she is the most powerful person there, everyone is pretty much helpless until something changes.
