Failed To Deliver My Replacement ATM Card

Review for teller named JESSICA! The worst teller ever! American Savings Bank – Downtown Branch failed to deliver my replacement ATM Card… and she was never sympathetic.

I was upset coz I was gonna travel and was gonna use my debit card. She does not care!

Even made me feel like I am giving her a hard time.

When I asked if it was gonna be delivered in time, this time around, she just kept repeating 7-10 business days, 7-10 business days!

It has been three weeks! It never arrived! She never even said sorry for failing! Jessica! Learn from your colleagues! Or ask your boss to train you how to handle customers.

  2. Scammer

I was way ahead of schedule, so I was surprised to receive late charges. Previous to October, I received a phone call from a female with American Savings Bank. She was very reasonable, and she renegotiated my loan, credited my late payment charges, and we agreed that I would continue to pay off my loan as I could, usually with $100 a month.

This renegotiation shows up in my October statement. I honored this agreement and paid off what I could every month, usually with $100. All went well for several months, and I received no late charges, as we agreed.
