Was very surprised to read the other review on here praising Johanna (NMLS: 813858). We had a very different experience with American Pacific Mortgage and APMC.

We were never walked through the loan process by anyone involved in our loan.

Many of our documents had errors and we were told to ‘sign them anyway’ (they’d be fixed later).

The loan processor Rachel, sent several documents to the wrong email address which resulted in us losing the ability to electronically sign the documents.

Nearing the end of the process, several other mistakes were made, including ignoring our employer’s specific instructions on how to verify employment (this almost derailed the purchase of the home) and checking the wrong box noting that we were Joint Tenants, not Tenants in Common (like we had requested) on the title document.

We were told that we asked too many questions during the loan process and were a pain to deal with.

We requested that Johanna not be at our closing.
