So, I started the process with them. We signed the contract without even bothering much about the legalities as they said that they have us covered.

That was our first mistake. We took their sweet talks as our destiny and we ended up really bad. We signed the contract the last month. After that, we kept trying to reach them for even the tiniest details. These guys are real pain in the ass. Sorry for the language, but nothing can compare to the pain they put us through.

In the middle of the contract, the person responsible for our deal went on a long holiday. His phone was unreachable for two weeks. In the meantime, I tried to reach other people in the office, but no one cared.

I was shown few homes, and all were priced way more than their actual worth. The papers also seem flimsy in most of the cases. We were looking for a mortgage to finance our house. But, it became difficult to even choose the place where we would have wanted our life to blossom.

After all the tricks, I asked if we could ask for someone’s help in finding a place to but and we were given threats. They said that we have signed a contract that strictly bounds us to use their services till mortgage for every little thing.
