Ameraco

Ameraco is a scam company

I was looking to invest in the real estate business. That is when I came to know about Ameraco. I have lived for long in Florida and I know almost all the locality. So, I thought real estate would be a nice option. Ameraco has lots of great feedback online and I thought to give it a try.

I called this company and they assigned me a consultant, Katie. She was nice and seemed to be helpful all the time. She answered all my questions and queries which made me trust this company. Katie with the online review, helped me choose Ameraco for going forward.

While we were trying to sort things online, I asked her all sort of doubt before paying for the program and she was prompt while answering. During our conversation, she never mentioned about the fees being non-refundable. If I would have known this before, I never had thought of trying through them. They have not even written it on their website. What is the point asking such a critical information that can become a reason to make the further choice?

I paid $520 and enrolled with the program. Right after paying the amount, Katie left me alone. I tried making multiple phone calls, but they were all landed to her voice mail. It is surprising for someone getting so busy in a day that she was not able to reply to the voice mails as well. Later, I understood their trick of avoiding registered callers as they were of no use.

When I gave up trying to reach her, I started using the platform to see if I could get something meaningful. But, to my distress, that was also worthless. I was getting nowhere. Katie had informed me earlier, before joining the program that the amount can be returned if requested before a month of enrolment which was a complete lie.

After few weeks, when I got hold of her. I told her about the platform not working and she informed me that I was researching in a dead zone. They should have told me if anything like dead zone existed. I knew she was lying. When I asked her to pay me back, she gave me the excuse of non-refundable shit. She could have warned me of all these things earlier. But, if she would have, I wouldn’t have joined as well. So, she did it on purpose.

When I tried to check about Ameraco, I found another client who had been cheated with $480. This is really disgusting. These people are perverts who make profit through scams. This is their strategy of abandoning people after they join and put all the blame for the platform not working, on them. Later, they do not refund the money even if the client is not happy because they fake it to be the policy.

Ameraco is a scam and whatever you do, they will not return the amount you already paid. So, stay away from these goons.
