All For Kids Pediatric Clinic

The Billing Department

I’ve gone back and forth about writing this review, but after the conversation I had with the billing department at All For Kids Pediatric Clinic about their doctor’s negligence, I’m done.

Started off great with our two year old seeing dr. Byram. (Love him but he’s always booked). Then we had a few visits with other doctors.

The last two visits came with challenges such as antibiotics not being called in with Dr. Skelley(that same evening we had to pay to go to children’s after hours after paying for the appointment where his meds didn’t get called in.)

Then we brought our two year old back in because I thought he had strep again (he’d had it once already)

Dr. Westbrook might as well have been backing out of the room after two minutes.

Said he was fine and his throat looked fine. Made me feel like a crazy parent for knowing what normal is for my child.

I’m not a doctor and even I could see the damn white patches on the back of his throat.

Ended up in the emergency room that night with 105.6 degree fever and an amazing mix of hand foot and mouth AND strep.

The doctors at children’s were gobsmacked. O but no worries, they will knock your door down to get what you owe them.

Contest it all you want. We’ve always paid our bills. We’ve shelled out multiples of hundreds to this place in less than a year.

It’s all about the money, not the child. The doctors are overbooked, and it affects the care that is given.

This place is incompetent at best. For your child’s sake, don’t come here.

When doctors stop listening to the caretakers that see their children most, it’s time to stop.

The child’s best interest is no longer being put first.

  1. All for Kids does accept Medicaid and AR Kids.

All for Kids does accept Medicaid and AR Kids. The clinic is like most of the pediatric clinics in town – they are not taking any new patients with Medicaid and AR Kids due to the number of current Medicaid and AR Kids patients they have.

  2. Very Bad

She rushed us to have his blood drawn without leading us to the room. Rude. Then the guy who drew the blood missed the vein and they had to stick him again with the needle. Lastly,

Dr. Westbrook told us that we would receive results of lab work on Tuesday (Saturday, the blood work was done) and Tuesday came, her nurse says “Oh we’re not sure why the labs aren’t here yet.

  3. Horrific wait time!

Horrific wait time! Door to doc time for my child was LITERALLY 1 hour, 40 minutes! No apology. She was RUDE and did not listen to my concerns. Because of this experience I am thinking of pulling my children from this clinic – and I have been taking them there since birth

  4. I wouldn't bring my dog to this place.

Absolutely the worst pediatric clinic in Arkansas. The staff is unprofessional and the physicians are, for lack of a better word, stupid. My daughter’s belly button sticks out and when we asked Dr. September Westbrook about it she stated that it was nothing, but later told our insurance that my daughter had a hernia, which caused our insurance to go up until she turns 3 years old just in case she may need surgery. I wouldn’t bring my dog to this place.

  5. We've also seen Dr. Halpain and she is amazing as well

We started out with Dr. Byrum and he was awesome! We’ve also seen Dr. Halpain and she is amazing as well! However, there have been times where we needed Saturday care and had to see Dr. Westbrook…. HORRIBLE. We saw her twice within a few month’s span.

Both times, she spent all of 30 seconds listening to my concerns and then she quickly gives a diagnosis. The second time visiting with her, my baby had a severe rash and she acted as if she didn’t want to examine him. She rushed us to have his blood drawn without leading us to the room. Rude.

Lastly, Dr. Westbrook told us that we would receive results of lab work on Tuesday (Saturday, the blood work was done) and Tuesday came, her nurse says “Oh we’re not sure why the labs aren’t here yet. We’ll call you once they get here” I call to follow up Wednesday, Thursday and FINALLY Friday.
