Alba Professional Services – H&R Block is a joke! Where’s the hospitality, where’s Rachel? The only reason I would do them here was because of her courtesy and professionalism.

Didn’t get that with the new tax preparer. So, I had to walk out of there. Not educated about taxes whatsoever.

She had to ask another tax preparer on question she either, didn’t know or she doesn’t care to know.

I’ve never had that problem, until now. Made me feel unease to be honest.

Been a client here since 2012. If anyone cares! It’s a shame to hear that she will not be returning.

Well either I’m I and a couple of family members that I recommend to her.

When you loose good people, you actually loose good clients in the process as well.

Alba professional services, I think not. It’s should of been “Alba Not So Professional Services”

    I went to this HR Block franchise office this year for my tax preparation. I was assigned to a certain Yvette. I requested for a quote prior to her doing my tax, but she assured me that it would only be less tha $175. She went ahead and did my tax return, and charged me a VERY FAT $450.00 fee!!!! I disagreed, but she was insistent on the payment since she already had done my tax return! What a rip off!!! NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE!!!
