Take your business to another company. I bank with Alaska USA and love it so I decided they would be a great choice for buying a house.
Boy was I wrong! They screwed us and never felt the need to answer for their lack of service.
All I wanted was a definition of what they thought a good level of customer service was for them to provide and why I was not notified when my account changed hands.
I sent emails and calls up the chain of command and continued to receive no explanation as to what went wrong or what they considered customer service.
Unfortunately, I realized too late and was locked in with them just as interest rates were rising. I will NEVER use this company again.
To completely ignore a customers request for information and good customer service shows a complete lack of respect for their customers.
A simple phone call or email could have fixed everything and they refused to provide me with any feedback.
