Your previous response is untrue this is Ms Keith from Alabama Auto Mall. I didnt DEFAULT ive tried to contact yall was told one time salesman would speak with owner and see about getting at least partial down payment ack.
If that was said then how did i DEFAULT on payments ur version is untrue i can post PAPERWORK and dates.
I didnt have car LONG ENOUGH to default on any payments or even make one finance company didnt have any record of me im computer or an acct for me so not possible.
I started a lawsuit 3 months ago so in long ruun if you would have made it right it would have cost u less u will hear from an attorney soon.
If i DEFAULTED my attorney WOULD not have picked the case you guys are thieves.
