If you want a home buying experience that ends in two delayed closing dates, costs you more money than it should, and leaves you wishing you’d never tried to buy a house in the first place, then THIS is the company for you.
The employees at Advantage Lending will spell your name wrong on forms and then tell you you’re being difficult when you ask for it to be corrected. They will tell you they have “35 years of experience” in securing VA loans. Yet, they will be unable to tell you what VA paperwork is required and how to fill it out. They also will NOT proof read anything before they submit it to the VA.
