Advanced Spine and Pain Centers
Make An AppointmentI had an appointment at Advanced Spine and Pain Centers recently and if I could give it zero stars I would.
I arrived on time and was taken back to an exam room in a timely manner, I thought things were going well.
After waiting 45 minutes past my appointment time, my husband went to the front desk to inquire why we were having to wait so long.
They told him my doctor was in a procedure with another patient…due to the nature of my injuries.
I would have preferred to have the option to reschedule than to wait an hour past my appointment time with NO communication.
The exam room was NOT patient friendly or comfortable in any way for someone who had back injuries which is what I was there for.
Because my husband advocated for me and expressed his dissatisfaction with patient care (told them it was crappy).
I was told he is not welcome should I return for my rescheduled appointment; he is the only person I have to take me to appointments.
This is the same man who three days earlier tracked down my referral, because the clinic didn’t have it, AND all the necessary paperwork.
I feel like we did everything we could have to make this a positive experience and it was not.
Guess my back isn’t as important to these people as it is to me.
never again
Next question – what is your mailing address- last question. – why are you seeing us? Obvious that money is the most important
