My experience matched Concern C. There was also repeated staff turnover, broken appointments, excuses, very, very, very slow work…..and they prepaid themselves for all of it so they didn’t seem to care.
Also, do a hard close through your bank when you cancel.
They billed me for two months beyond the 30 day notice period.
IMHO, this was the worst experience I’ve had with a Accounting Services Unlimited. Run.
