It went flawlessly. Then Academy Mortgage sold my loan to… Academy Mortgage in New Jersey.
Things went downhill very quickly. The company started robocalling me every day after the first of the month.
Saying I was “delinquent” and this was “an attempt to collect a debt” even though I was supposed to have a 15 day grace period.
Allen and his team are great, but i would avoid them because of this whole experience.
I requested that the academy loan robocalls stop but I was told “this is a courtesy to our customers”.
With friends like this, who needs enemies? I am in the process of refinancing.
