I usually do my taxes online by myself but got lazy and decided to use 29.99 & Up Rapid Income Tax Services for the first time.
Im shaking my head NO NO NO while typing this by the way.
The only good thing about this tax office are the very nice and kind ladies that work there….2 stars just for them.
But slowwwwwwwwwwwwww getting your taxes back and Im still waiting for my state 2 months later.
I was suppose to be charged $100.00 for just standard taxes but got charged more.
Yeah I know already….dont be lazy and do them myself for free next time.
Anyways, thats my personal experience and I will never ever use them again.
