NEVER a supervisor in to get things resolved.

Lies by the employees. We ask for a delivery date of our storage unit on Sept. 1st and it seems in tact. But, when we call back it is set for weeks away from our delivery date on Sept. 11th. Today, Aug. 30th I get a call from Eric that the unit will delivered shortly and I explain to him we are not even signed up there yet

And will not be signing the lease  until  tomorrow Aug. 31st. He passes the buck and says they is not him, but he is the operations manager, I call 800-packrats and that is when I find, this is just like any other large corporation.

NEVER a supervisor in to get things resolved.
NEVER able to get past those that are the ones lying to you.
NEVER can get a manager on the phone, not even the one that opens the door for them to get into the building.

They say they will get a supervisor on the phone and then will not.

Absolutely a fraud of a company.

  1. Do not use these guys if keeping a schedule is important!

    I had scheduled a move to receive the container on. Truck never showed up and I never received a call from the company. I called that night and was on hold for an hour and never talked to a person.

    I called the next day and they told me they had to cancel the truck and that they might be able to get one out in a week.

    They told me I should find someone else, problem is there was nothing available. I ended up finding a U-Haul and had to leave furniture behind. Not ideal for moving 2700 miles. They did give me my deposit back…Do not use these guys if keeping a schedule is important!

  2. Cancelled the order and will avoid in the future.

    I had a local container delivery scheduled. (Austin, TX). Called twice for an ETA at 8am and 4pm. First eta was 10a-2p. At 4pm when they still weren’t here, they told me it would be as late as 10pm and that they don’t give specific ETAs. Hmm. First red flag right there. I then specifically asked if they had trouble locating the address or reaching me. “No” was the answer. 2 hours later, at the end of the day, they emailed claiming they couldn’t reach me all day. No missed calls, no voice mails.

    They had no problem calling me back after the email, but somehow couldn’t contact me all day??? If they would have been honest and said “oh, we lost the order”, or “we just ran late and were overbooked”, I would have tried again. But they straight up lied and made no effort to correct the problem or admit fault. Cancelled the order and will avoid in the future.
