Fake Wowcher provider
They are taking people’s money, sometimes 3x and not supplying and goods to people. They are using companies they know to be a scam. Loads of reviews on line by numerous people to support this. Their own Facebook page is full of requests for refunds. They then don’t answer any e mail queries and when they do it’s to fob you off with more lies.
The phone number they provide never gets answered. They are taking all this money off of people with no intention of supplying te goods or trying to assist them in retrieving them from other merchants. In fact I am beginning to wonder if wowcher.co.uk are setting up these sister companies on their own with the sole intention of ripping people off

Not received my order
I ordered a little Christmas decoration as a gift for my friend. Evri lost it. They declared it lost so I contacted wowcher to inform them. The 3rd party supplier was informed and told me to wait longer as it would arrive. Evri said it wouldn’t as its lost. Moving on I opened a, case with my credit card company saying I’d not received it. Wowcher lied saying that I had never reported anything to them. Then they sent thier terms and conditions saying that there part was done they sold me a voucher and I claimed it and that was it. They had fulfilled thier side.. Then the supplier said they had sent me a replacement. When I asked for tracking I was given the same tracking number and, told that was my tracking number.. I pointed out that it was the same as last time and it had gone missing. I was again told to wait it’s on its way. I’ve since been ignored. How can a company sell something then have no responsibility for you actually receiving anything?
WOWCHER ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS
Bought 1 item from.WOWCHER valued at around £43. WOWCHER took 9 paments from me just under £175 ln total. After many formal legal messages to WOWCHER all i received was nonsense generic computer generated nonsense. 5 emails to ROLAND BRYAN CEO all ignored. Reported WOWCHER to TRADING STANDARDS and FINANCIAL OMBUDSMAN. Contacted my bank BOS as i paid by card. 30 minutes later bank refunded me and are now chasing WOWCHER for repayment. This will likely impact on WOWCHER CREDIT RATING. If others do likewise WOWCHER could well be hit with severe financial penalties and possibly even closed down. They have a credit licence. Losing that would harm their business. I aim to put negative reviews of WOWCHER on all available review sites. I have the evidence to prove my position. On one review site have tried spin and nonsense reaching out via review site. Utter drivel. My bank has refunded me not WOWCHER. My bank will chase WOWCHER to get their money back.. If other customers due money from.WOWCHER and their related companies WOWCHER could well be put out of business. Whay they deserve based on my experiences.

WOWCHER took 4 times value of goods i bought from my bank account. Repeated messages to CUSTOMER SERVICES have not been properly dealt with. 4 emails to CEO ignored. Now i have contacted TRADING STANDARDS and FINANCIAL OMBUDSMAN. ATROCIOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE and NONSENSE GENERIC COMPUTER GENERATED REPLIES. WOWCHER use whattsapp. They do not accept phone calls. They should be shut down. YES THEY ARE THAT BAD. Check WOWCHER reviews.
Wowcher are thieves
I ordered a product thru Wowcher that never arrived. They took my money immediately. I have spent months battling on their ridiculous WhatsApp group where they tell me my ‘voucher ‘ has expired so they can’t deliver the product but refuse to refund my money. Absolute thieves!!
BATTERIES ORDERED PAID FOR NOT RECIEVED
This woucher is an uncaring difficult to contact scam company I have made the mistake of buying from them over a month ago, paid for three orders £9.98 each then postage, and I have not RECEIVED any of these orders & voucher ignores inquiries, BE WARNED NEVER SHOP WOUCHER, RIPOFF.
Wowcher, worst blatant ripoff ever
Not only does their phone number not work neither does their email, they are uncontactable. I made 2 purchases amd when i went into redeem voucher it threw my email out, said there was not such email. So i tried 2 other emails and it wouldn’t accept them either. Even though they manage to email me several times a day my email isninvalid so i cant get to the shipping page!!! Thankfully i l only lost 50 quid, this company need stopping.
I booked a two night stay at the Corus Hyde Park Hotel for 2 nights
I booked a 2-night stay October 20/10/2021 until 22/10/2021 at the Corus Hyde Park Hotel, Due to Personal and Health reasons I cannot go, Wowcher tried to fob me off it won’t work, I have contacted the hotel eight times since July and have not had one reply, Wowcher are Scammers stay away from them as soon as you redeem the Voucher which is worthless if you suffer an illness or accident The Hyde Park are not any better, And as for PayPal they were worse than useless, Their help page is nonsense repetitive and the virtual assistant is a Joke, The call centre is the same, £154.00 They have ripped off from me I am now going to pursue Wowcher The Corus Hyde Park Hotel and PayPal through different channels they are not getting away Scot Free. Tricksters and Charlatans Fraudsters a bunch of Cowboys.
